HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Within the United States, shipping is free for all t-shirts and stickers. Greeting Cards cost $2.00 for the first item + .25 cents for each additional card (per order). Ceramic mugs cost $6.00 for the first item + $2.50 per each additional item (per order), metal camp mugs cost $3.50 for the first item + $1.5 for each additional metal mug (per order),  sweatshirts and tote bags cost $3.50 for the first + $1.o0 each additional (per order) shipped domestic. Shipping is free for orders over $75.00 within the United States.

Shipping costs everywhere else is $10.50 for the first t-shirt + $2.50 per each additional. Hoodies, mugs and other items vary in shipping costs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

***Due to capacity limitations caused by COVID-19 and the increase of incoming orders, it is possible that your order may experience a production turnaround delay of up to 3-5 business days longer than usual.***

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped between 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times average 1-7 business days for domestic, and 4-15 business days for International.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

WHO PAYS THE CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES?

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, or misuse will not be covered.

If there happens to be any damage to your package when it arrives in the mail, please take a photo of the outside of the package BEFORE you open it. If your item is damaged when you open the package, please let us know right away so we can make things right.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our products are made-to-order, and we try to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, so we usually cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order. If you have any questions, please ask us before placing your order.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered at checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation, double check your spam folder and add crony@plaidoak.com to your contacts for future purchases.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

Sizing for each apparel item may be different. Please check the product listing for the appropriate sizing dimensions.
